Long day!

Today is my double shift so i will be working until midnight. My workout today will only consist of my walk to and from my car which is about a mile...at least it's something. But i have been eating very clean and cooking ahead so im not eating fast food. Im actually so proud of myself for that one! Im not exactly known for my fantastic cooking...but lately that is getting better and more healthy eating as well!
I have been doing the jillian michaels body revolution with some running in the mix on cardio days. With the weather being so nice i love being outside. I am thinking of adding ttapp as well now and then. Does anyone have any thoughts on that? I've done it in the past but not consistently. I'm thinking the yoga aspect of the workout would be a good addition to my regular workouts for stress management and flexibility.

    Good for you and a mile from your car is a great walk! I need to start parking further away again at work to get more steps in! And skipping fast food is terrific! :-)
