Okay , before I came into the work place , I went to a meditation room and just sat and breathed and prayed and meditated, working for Providence it is nice to have either a chapel or meditation room to go too it really has helped.
As advised by my awesome sparkfriend , JAMIELOGICAL I am reflecting today the things I have accomplished and done for myself and celebrate those today . So thank you Jamie for bringing that to my attention ( I do listen sometimes!!)
I survived four years of financial hardship and stress main cause unemployment for my husband.
Our marriage survived and got stronger, I love that man more than my own life!
We fought to save our home and won the appeal for a loan modification
This is about week four of non emotional eating, it hasnt been perfect but it has improved a great deal , one thing has helped I am writing in here daily now and that is good therapy for me and if I help others that is an added bonus , plus I just appreciate my spark family more than words can say.
My stress/anxiety has a name , Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome, and I have a good start on how to deal with that in a healthy way , and knowing that it is not here to stay ,
Things that help that I am going to try are:
More Outdoor activities I went on a hike last weekend it felt so good, and doing my research they say that is something that does help.
If I need it I will get professional help if I feel it is neccessary so far I don t because I acknowledge and I know this is not going to stay in my life
I started school orientation big , not big, HUGE step for me to improve my professional life
I am working on my weight loss one day at a time
I am learning how to deal with things in a healthy manner
So I am reflecting , taking a break and just breathing ,
