My goal is to list at least three blessings every day.
Here are today's blessings:
1. I am developing an exercise routine. I have had more movement this week than in the last three months. It feels great.
2. I am able to help a friend today.
3. I am reading some good books this summer. (Right now I am reading Scarlet, The Clockwork Three, and Full Plate.)
4. Family, friends, and faith.
