I like a good routine. I like spicing things up also! Enter swimming. My workout buddy and I bought a month pass to the pool at Boys and Girls club. Today was our first day. We went just to see how things would go with our spin /SWEAT routine since that has been going great. We swam 275 meters. I have no idea if this is good for beginners so I will be looking up a plan a little later to see what kind of progress we can make in a month's time.
SWEAT today was a lot of push ups. We also did my favorite: 3 slams with the battle rope and drop down into a burpee! Love banging those out!
1207.90 miles for the year!
Yes this includes my .17 mile swim:)
