As you can see, week 3 of BLC22 went well for me. I think it was a good decision to shake things up and switch teams this round. It has re-motivated me to get back to focusing on me and my journey.
Last week I met every goal except one: I did not get 10,000 steps in every day. I have no problem reaching that goal during the week but the weekends tend to be a little harder for me. So this weekend, I’m going to really focus on getting those 10,000 steps in each day.
So, my goals for this week:
1. 10,000 steps in every day
2. 600 minutes of exercise this week (this should help me meet the 10,000 steps goal)
3. Continue to track everything and stay away from the sweets.
4. Read Chapter 3 of "Beyond Sugar Shock"
5. Lose at least 1 pound
Not a whole lot of goals this week because what I am currently doing is working and I will keep those habits up. Now, since I did not meet all of my goals last week, that means no new workout music this week so I’m pushing for that reward next week.
