Thanks to everyone who added me as a friend. I truly need the assistance of all sparks.
As I was relaying to you all yesterday after I fill all the containers then I store them and begin my calorie count via my spark tracker. It can be overwhelming when you are tracking for three days at a time. However thank GOD for the copy function. When a meal is duplicated like my favorite salad ,"red leaf lettuce, green leaf lettuce, grape tomatoes with roasted salmon bits sprinkled on top," I just hit copy and I am done for that meal anyway.

    Another great method is to put your regular combination meals under "Groupings." Then you don't even have to do the copy thing.
