Last night once I got home from work I soooo wanted to eat. I didn't need food, so I resisted the urges. I needed to log onto spark people and log my exercise. I had done 15 minutes on the stairs- major calorie burn!
I decided to look into sparkcoach as an add had just popped up. I had always assumed that you have to pay for sparkcoach, so I had never signed up for it. Maybe that's to have your own personal spark coach, or maybe I was just mis informed.
Anyhow, I signed up for spark coach and just completed the first days goals. It seemed helpful and will keep me on track.
I am over at my best friend's house baby sitting. I was supposed to be here super early and over slept. Thus, I was quite frazzled. I made some healthy choices though for breakfast and came in at right around 500 calories. A bit more than I was intending, but that is ok...I can make it up as I go throughout the day. We are supposed to have dinner here tonight but I have no idea what that might be. I did see steak in the refrigerator, so maybe that is what it will be.
Since I am over here and it is her camera that my photo is on I'd thought to upload it. Unfortunately I can't find her memory card. I have a feeling that my husband still has it in our computer. Typical. He still hasn't bothered to try and fix the computer either. Do I sound pissed? There's some other things he's been doing the past couple days to piss me off...but this isn't a gripe session. LOL!
When I woke up this morning I was in a bit of pain. Not a lot though. I still intend to do some exercise today. I was thinking of using my weighted back pack that I have here for some cardio. What exactly I am going to do I don't know. Usually I do the stairs, but I think maybe I better do something else. Anyhow, then I have to do my "999" routine. I'm so not in the mood. That is why I also was thinking of using the weighted back pack- to maximize my workout and do less...just because I am in one of those moods. Sometimes less is more, right?
Well, off to figure out what to do with these 4 kiddos to occupy them long enough to let me get a workout in...another reason to do a shorter more effective workout.
