    I am one of the stories that 08Escape mentioned. My husband purchased my Fitbit for me on A few weeks ago, I lost mine, then found it face down in a puddle in the parking lot of the library. I e-mailed their customer service with my sad tale of woe. I had only had it 6 months, and had grown EXTREMELY attached to it! You have to 'open a case'. They responded to me about 3 days later, asked me to send a copy of my receipt (I scanned and e-mailed it to them). And, they sent me a brand new one! It was a happy, happy day when the replacement came in the mail!

    So sorry! I have heard numerous stories of the company replacing them if you let them know. Good luck.

    send the company an email today telling them your FB broke and they will replace it for you free of charge. they are really good at that.
