Day 26 was also Day 1! Ultimate Reset underway.

I started this "cleanse" with no great expectations of improvement, either physically or mentally. I NEED it, for a million reasons. But I'm a born skeptic, so I'm not anticipating great change. I hope I'm proven wrong. So just in case, I took (and posted!) my Day 1 photos. I hope to take new pics every phase, so we'll see how that works! But the food was tasty, and filling. The kids and I will all be eating the dinners. I purposely waited until Daddy was away so I could have free reign of the kitchen. (He loves to cook and is awesome, I cannot resist his food.) They liked the Salmon marinade and even ate the plain, boiled potatoes (they do make tasty taters here on the Kanto Plain.) So here are my Start Photos. I'm going to need these to get my tee shirt when I'm done! And here's all of my meals today! Time to prep tomorrow's lunch, then I'm off to get some rest before Day 2!
