It's a ramble lol...
Yesterday was a hungry hungry day... And to be honest I don't know if I was hungry or bored, but I went over my medium cal goal and it ended up a high day. I did manage to rein it in before it got out of control, but I really hate days like that. I am also feeling run down this morning even though I slept well, and on top of that feeling I have bloat so I am just not the happiest camper this morning lol. I think I need to schedule a rest day soon. I am not positive, but I think I have not rested really since I came back from vacation. There are 2 more weigh ins for the 5% challenge, the last one is on my birthday July 6th. I have 2.5 lbs to lose to make my 5% goal and I REALLY REALLY hope I can do that. The challenge has been fun and I'd love to do another one, and I just joined a 6 week challenge in the Physique Transformation team so I have a lot to keep me moving.

medium calorie/low carb lets try under 50 again lol - nope
KB swings (still trying to master that move before moving on)
Maybe rest depending how I feel later on
