Getting vitamins in naturally

Wednesday, June 26, 2013

I've been studying on how they make vitamins, and I just don't buy it.

I don't see how our bodies can process synthetic vitamins created in a lab of chemicals. I don't think a lab created vitamin and a natural vitamin are both processed the same way by our organs. How can they be?... One's real, and one's not.

And I don't see how there is any nutrition left after sterilizing, drying, crushing/grinding and adding goop to form a tablet, even with plant based bottled vitamins.

emoticon Feel free to shed some light for me if you know some good facts about it.

So, I've begun juicing with the NutriBullet, twice a day, to get my vitamins from true raw veggies & fruits, with boosters of nuts & seeds.

My digestion has greatly improved, and I'm not as tired as I usually am.

I think if I can get my organs & hormones working properly again, my own body will be able to control its weight issue naturally, with healthy eating of whole foods & juicing.

I just need to stick with it, and not get lazy with it.

I want to eat like I've already reached my goal.....ya like the person I want to become.

I'm glad you came to that conclusion! I too agree that, for the most part, we shouldn't need supplements if we are eating the right things. However, there are cases where people either don't get enough of this or that in their diet...or they don't metabolize it correctly, so they truly do need supplements. Work with your doctor to make the right choice.

Fun fact about juicing, don't forget to eat the healthy food and not just drink it. There's something about actually chewing the food that satisfies us. Some people consume more calories without realizing it because they are drinking them instead of getting fulfillment from eating. Interesting, huh?

I'm sure that natural vitamins in the food we eat is the best. But when somebody's diet isn't adequate a vitamin tablet could be okay as a suppliment.
Good on you for eating healthy foods and for juicing emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
Keep up the good work emoticon emoticon emoticon
