One week to meet my goal !

Well its been almost 4 months since I joined Spark.I've learned a great deal of information on cutting calories & exercising , recipes , gardening , talking to new folks and gaining new insight on healthy living. I've had good days and bad ones , and I always enjoy sparking to keep me motivated to eat healthy and learn new lifestyle habits to become the best I can be. Im just one week away from my goal date of July 4th to lose 35 pounds , as of now im at 31 lbs. lost , I dont think i'll make it , however I will in the next 10 days or so! I started water arobics the last couple weeks and that really burns the calories. I do tend to get more hungry in the evening as well. If I keep up the water exercising I just may reach that 35 lb. goal by the 4th , if not im so greatfull and proud I have Spark and all the people and info thats keeps me motivated from day to day. Thanks to everyone I am achieving my goals and thats the best feeling ever.So I guess its true what they say (the best things in life are free) emoticon emoticon emoticon
