Spark Solution Challenge, Day 2

Feeling much better today. Started off with the oatmeal, almonds, and blueberries (no sugar for me, brown or otherwise), but did not do the lunch or dinner. For lunch, I had the same as yesterday (turkey/swiss on whole wheat). For dinner, a friend took me out to McAlisters, and I had half a baked potato with angus beef and cheese, and half a chef's salad. Yummy. For snack, greek yogurt and raspberries.
I stayed under 1500 calories total, under 150 g of carbs. I also went swimming for 25 minutes. After swimming, my blood sugar was only 84, and a few hours after dinner, it was only 128. I think this is the first day in quite a while that I was able to keep my blood sugar under 150. Very happy about it!
I just haven't really gotten into the strength and stretching. Everything else is going well.
