Day 7: XTF Arms (49 minutes) - This, as entitled, is all about the arms. The workout was OK. Simple, but effective. I don't know why this workout didn't grab me, though. There's just something lacking. Anyway, I do feel my arms got a good workout. I think that I may jump to the more advanced week tomorrow rather than repeating this same grouping again. Or, maybe I'll do this program as prescribed, but add other workouts to it. Hmm... I'm not sure. I just don't feel I'm doing all I can.
I did the usual Tuesday strength training exercises I have been doing, including sit ups, squats, and plank holding. I was really happy that my stomach felt a bit sore AND a bit hard. Hooray!!!!
