Class tonight was kickboxing was awesome. Great workout. I can feel it in my legs and arms mostly but even my abs. Eating is still good. Juicing is tasting better and I am feeling better. I am super excited I am sure I am going to be able to get below 200 which is a big goal for me right now. I am pushing .. So I should see results I am not making excuses or short cutting myself. I am going to keep moving forward.
