Today I did things a little differently....in a good way. I didn't have a good plan for dinner and usually after work I would stop at the store and buy something to make, but I'm hungry then and that can be bad. Today, I opted to go home. I found some chicken breasts in the freezer and some rice. I managed to make a chicken and rice dinner. I used Sparkrecipes to calculate the calories and it was only 189 cal per serving. I didn't know if my husband would eat it, but he did and said it was good. I stayed on track with my eating AND I didn't spend extra money at the store, so that helped me keep to my budget. Hooray!! I feel great and real motivated.
