How I plan to shake up my workouts

I do a variety of exercises (run, walk, spin, Body Pump, Body Combat, yoga), but I can still find myself in a rut if I'm not careful to mix it up. What I've been doing for the past few days is swapping morning workouts for evening workouts. Whichever time I choose for my workout, I make sure I go for a brisk walk either the evening or monring that same day. This seems to be working, and my body is "fooled" so far.

  Thanks, FitWithin! I've done Zumba in the past but not recently--what a great class! Thanks for the advice and the encouragement!

    Try a Zumba class it will be another great cardio workout. Love the exercise variety.
