14% down. Of the 2 week challenge, not of my weight
As predicted, I did not enjoy the ST workout. It was aerobic and I may feel it tomorrow but I had trouble with the plank to pike and I'm not sure how well I did the swim triceps tone. I think I'd rather do the Firm Cardio Sculpt Blast.
The Tuna Curry Sandwich had way too much filling-- very messy.
I wasn't up for a second night of texmex chicken so I had some leftover Panera Fuji Chicken Salad for supper.
I spread the Spark with several folks today. I'm looking forward to the intervals tomorrow for cardio.
Sorry- I am rambling. Trying to type as my husband is texting with a toxic person who contracted him for a job, changed the job mid stream, then just fired him for the cost going up. And, of course, he just says "nothing" when I ask what I can do.
