Spark Solution Day 2

14% down. Of the 2 week challenge, not of my weight emoticon
As predicted, I did not enjoy the ST workout. It was aerobic and I may feel it tomorrow but I had trouble with the plank to pike and I'm not sure how well I did the swim triceps tone. I think I'd rather do the Firm Cardio Sculpt Blast.
The Tuna Curry Sandwich had way too much filling-- very messy.
I wasn't up for a second night of texmex chicken so I had some leftover Panera Fuji Chicken Salad for supper.
I spread the Spark with several folks today. I'm looking forward to the intervals tomorrow for cardio.
Sorry- I am rambling. Trying to type as my husband is texting with a toxic person who contracted him for a job, changed the job mid stream, then just fired him for the cost going up. And, of course, he just says "nothing" when I ask what I can do.

    You can switch out the meals; I quite often do as we are "mostly " vegetarian.

    The Spark Solution plan along with Spark Coach really does work; it got me to my goal!

    I have a love-hate relationship with strength training. That's better than it used to be though, when I just hated it! I've been doing it long enough that I've started noticing how it changes my body, and I do love when I can increase reps or weight. It takes time, but you'll get there! Congrats on completing Day 2.
