It's super cute - hot pink and the pages are easy to use. Love it!
I mostly got it because when my DSL went out I needed something to keep my info in.
It has daily pages and then a weekly wrap up, with cute little pics to circle about your energy level (snail or rabbit) and mood (smiley face/frownly face).
There are 16 weeks in it and I'm feeling pretty motivated since every day I write my weight in the little goal box and I can see how I'm feeling too - energy levels and moods that effect my progress.
I'm such a pen and paper person! Somehow I feel more committed when I write things down, also this little book fits in my purse so I don't forget to track foods throughout the day.
Do you guys find other tools helpful too?
