I'm still doing fine with my tracking & exercising, but I need to drink more water, esp. with the temps being what they are. I have not taken the time to blog daily, but I've been crazy busy. I put the SP app on my phone & that has helped but I don't think that I can blog on my phone. I also need to figure out to use it for my exercise workouts. I have a computer on my bike that measures the distance, mph. time, top speed & average speed. I need to start walking instead of just biking & do it even earlier in the day.
