Day 86 - I Walked 7 Miles Today!

Oh my gosh! My feet are killing me!

This morning I did a half hour of Curves, came home and walked a mile before heading off to work. After work, I felt a little ansy and wanted to walk several miles. I asked my husband if he wanted to walk. He said later...

Each time I came home to use the washroom, I would ask if he was ready to walk.

My last trip home, I ended up completing my 5 mile route and my husband said he was now ready. Ugh! So, up I got from my chair and out we went for another mile...making a total of 6 miles this afternoon!

I am exhausted! And I lost another pound on the scale! Yippee! I am less than a pound away from entering the 180s! Yay!!!

Only one person commented about noticing my weight loss, but she knew I was on this diet...she just doesn't see me on a daily basis. My husband is STILL clueless on my weight loss of now 16.4 lbs. Truthfully, I don't expect him to notice since I am now fitting into my last year's shorts. But I EXPECT him to notice when I lose at least another 10 pounds! Otherwise I will have to do something really drastic, like walk naked in front of him... (giggle). Just kidding!
