Not much time but I wanted to check in to say that I am feeling GREAT! I am sticking to the plan. I've been eating really, really well. I don't feel hungry and I have a lot of energy. Today (day 9), I got up and did yoga and then this evening I rode my stationary bike for 30 minutes. I can't even tell you the last time that I exercised twice in one day. It was AAAAAAAAAAAAMAZING!
DAY 10 FOOD PLAN:
Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs, 2 scrambled egg whites, 2 turkey sausage links
Snack: South Beach Shake
Lunch: Huge salad with spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms, cucumbers, mozzarella cheese, ham lunchmeat & balsamic vinaigrette dressing
Snack: 1/2 cup black beans, 2 tbsp salsa & 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese
Dinner: Salmon, green beans & tomatoes sauteed in olive oil and garlic
Dessert: Ricotta cup
DAY 10 EXERCISE PLAN:
Walk after dinner with the hubs!
