I'm feeling yesterday's run, but it's not too bad. I actually feel my IT band more when I sit for a while and try to get up. It feels tight. I've been doing lots of stretching. I'm going to try and run again tomorrow and then take the next few days off to get rested up/recovered for my 10K on Sunday. (As recommended by a marathon runner.)
I'm pretty tired tonight and I really think I just need to take a night to rest and recoup. Who said that?
