SparkGuy said I need to write down three positive things, and I could write down about 100 positive things, I got gratitude galore!
I could walk 11,000 steps today, and my walking partner wasn't there for the second walk.
I have eaten healthy and been focused on my carb intake, got to watch that category.
I saw an old friend and that person marveled at the difference, and I was just talking about the exercise.
Love this program, need to be more active on the blog and am on several teams but don't engage alot, maybe that would be a big ole help!
