I haven't posted my individual CICO numbers this week, but I have ended up with over negative 3500, so I do hope to show a pound loss tomorrow morning for weigh-in. We took my SD out for her birthday dinner, and I made a "better choice" and am fairly certain that I did not go over my calories, and now I will drink lots of water this evening to hopefully not have the Sodium Curse appear in the morning.
My exercise minutes for June are reflected in my tracker. I changed my ticker to reflect the fitness minutes for June. I set a goal of 1500 minutes for the month, and it looks like I will exceed that number. I am pleased with my progress with fitness since my early days with Sparkpeople, when it was quite the accomplishment to walk down to the end of the street to the corner. The endorphins have proven to be as helpful to me as the exercise itself, because there is quite a bit of ongoing family stress.
Other than preparing nutritious meals, tracking, and exercising, I am not getting as much done as I would like. Summer is my break from my job, and I had the best plans, for me. I need to get back to those plans.
