Uggghhh rough day today, I know its an excuse but I gave in to so many bad things food wise today. too many calories, too much fat and way to much salt. It was one of those days work wise, too much to do to little time to do it, and if it could go wrong it went wrong.
Stress is definitely my trigger, and I so need to find a way to deal with it better.
I know, no more excuses, I gotta get my sh*t together, but for today can I call it resetting my metabolism?? lol
