Oh, my, my life! What a change, what an adventure, what a challenge. I would have NEVER predicted the past 2.5 years, but I'm not sure what I would have done differently if I could have.
And now, it's time for some baby steps out of my hole. My stress level was so high, I crashed my thyroid, and I'm on meds for it now. I stopped taking care of my health, and I gained back a good chunk of the weight that I lost. Now I'm not comfortable with my body, my health, and some parts of my life.
I've done this before, I can do this again. One moment, one choice, one step, one bite at a time. Baby steps forward.
I'm about to go for a walk. I know from last time I did this that if I do these things
* burn 2500 calories a week,
* sleep 6-8 hours a night,
* drink 64 oz of water a day
* login here every day and
** track my food, and
** track my workouts
I will lose around a pound a week.
It's time to start that. I'm about to put on my shoes and my heart rate monitor and hit the trail, cuz I've spent all the time I'm gonna spend in the hole, and it's time to find my way out of it. :)
