As a perfectionist I felt like I was cheating starting my weight goal at 190 when my first weigh in was "only" 189.4. I started at the round number since I hadn't weighed myself for so long I was sure I must have gone over that milestone sometime in recent weeks. Well, well, well - it didn't take long for the "rounded up value" of 190 to become a reality. Since I started tracking my goal this time I am up 2.4 pounds!
I've only gone down 1 day out of about 7 days. For example I even gained weight the day after I swam 20 laps, walked 5 km and ate two meals (no snacks).
The only consolation I have is that my electronic scale says my BMI is down a bit. Oh well, I'll keep at it.
