Week 2 - New Trainer

I did it! Made it to my appt this morning with David, my new trainer. Interestingly enough, he's been texting me on and off all week. Keeping me focused on a new way of living... how can one forget when your phone keeps beeping messages at you???

Found out that his specialty is "abs" - oh my, I'm in for a lot of work now! He didn't tell me that last week - no sirree! I fessed up to my lack of daily "home work", but I have been stretching as he suggested. I'm feeling much better and don't seem to have as many aches and pains. The reality of it is, I need to work out to strengthen my body and alleviate the aches. Sitting all day does not help me at all. I try to get up and talk on the phone while standing, but the high heels are not always comfortable. I do look like a ditz in my "fishbowl" office - with a solid door and full glass wall. Not very large, too much exposure, and privacy??? Forget it!

I'm sticking with this. One change at a time. Training routine, food, then lifestyle (need to find a better suited job with less stress :-). Is there such a thing? Well, I'm seeking! Today's a new day and I'm in search of the new me! Enjoy the week friends!!!
