Oh my word...this is so tastey! It's too bad the color turns people off.
For 350 calories I got a glass and a half which is super filling.
I I snuck in 3 ounces of kale which is a lot. 2/3 cup strawberries, a frozen banana and 3/4 cup plain yogurt. 1 tbsp. ground flax seed and a tbsp. of wheat germ.
For those that haven't tried it yet, I strongly suggest you be brave and at least try it once. you will be amazed.
When I'm working night shifts I have it made a head and the mixer in the frig to save time.
