I'm now 177lbs even! Hip-Hip Hurray!!! I tested my BMI and fat % too and both are down. I am now in the normal range for my age, hieght, and weight.
Today I took the core class. I haven't been in that class for a few months. I usually run on Tuesdays but it's way too hot and humid to be running today. I was expecting to have a harder time in class today because of the time gap between sessions but OMG I was rockin' it! I wasn't even winded during the warm up like I usually am and I felt more stable doing the bridge ups on the ball. I still can't do the single leg "in/outs" on the ball but that's okay. It's something to work towards.
