Long-term goals:
- To be confident
- To weigh 160lbs
- To run a 5k
- To go to the beach and feel comfortable

Medium-term goals:
- To lose 25lbs
- To start jogging
- To walk steps without being winded

Short-term goals:
- Drink more water
- Quit Pepsi for good!!
- Exercise a little everyday

So, I'm going to elaborate on my long-term goal about "to be confident." My original note (the way it's stored in my phone) says "To be confident enough to find a boyfriend." I was a little embarrassed to put all that on here, but I'm an honest person and there it is. I have never felt confident around guys. Mainly because I've always seen myself as overweight and gross (even in high school when I played basketball and was in great shape). Confidence has always been hard for me. It's something I need to work on and I am. I'm "reconditioning" my mind to be a lot more positive. The thing that holds me back is my weight and it's something that can be fixed! I am NOT my weight and nor will I ever be. Weight is just a variable that depends on my lifestyle. I am choosing a healthier lifestyle. I'm hoping through this journey I will gain confidence and feel happy in my body. I could really go on more about that, but I don't know that I want to be that honest. =) No offense to anyone reading this. I've just always been more of a private person about my feelings. I can be dramatic and over-the-top sometimes and will do lots of things to make people laugh, but when it comes to how I truly feel about some things (definitely when I've become interested in a guy), I tend to keep that to myself.

Anywho, those are my goals. I'm praying that I stick to them and turn my life around! Any motivation is greatly appreciated. Have a blessed day!
