Yesterday for some reason was a really stressful, off day for me. I ate a lot that I shouldn't have and I didn't exercise. Fortunately, I didn't gain any weight. Today I'm feeling better and back on track. I started the day with juicing (kale, carrot, celery, pineapple, nectarine) and a hard boiled egg for breakfast. Now off to physical therapy. Hoping for a good day.
