Well this has been a crazy month, lots of changes for me. My career has taken front stage as we are going through an organizational change. It's consuming my time and I have to admit, my healthy journey has definitely taken a back seat. Not where I planned to be with my 1 year goal.

My family life is good, BUSY, but good. I've been struggling to keep my family first (above my career) but sometimes I have to I can't be there cause I have to work. Just breaks my heart to see my kids eyes when I have to say this. My hubby completely understands and has stepped up, just a bit, with the household stuff. Even though making dinner is a trip to Subway. But I know he's trying to help.

I'm not sick nor do I have any health issues, but I'm definitely not getting enough sleep. Eating is sparatic and unplanned. Exercise is zero.

All of this crept up on me unexpectedly and it will most likely continue for the next month. So today, I'm taking a step back and looking at my priorities.

There just isn't enough time in the day !!

I hope your work load eases up. I've been there before and know how taxing it can be on your body, both physically and emotionally.

Been there. Do the best you can and don't stress the rest. Nothing good ever comes from stress.

Good luck with everything, you are right about priorities and not enough hours in the day. I am also finding this so. emoticon

Good luck with your job and as you work through your issues. I just went through a re-org myself and while it changed things quite positively for me, it is a challenge at times. Good luck!
