So, my rededication to exercise has involved no calorie counting, rather, just sensible choices and portions.
And apparently I've *finally* learned enough about what goes in my body that this is enough for me to lose weight.
After being stuck at 187.4 for so long that I was thinking that it was going to be my permanent weight, I've weighed in this morning at 185! Two days ago, I got 185.4, and then yesterday, 187, but this time, I'm counting it. ;) The 187 was from sodium, methinks; we did a now-unaccustomed trip to a Mexican restaurant.
The unfortunate thing is that I've rolled my ankle again. It's not too bad, and should be okay in a few days, but this is starting to get annoying. It's always that one. I guess I'm one of those now who can say "I have weak ankles." Or ankle, the other one's fine.
The good thing is that I'm playing it up a bit with my husband for sympathy. LOL. I spend so much time taking care of him that I'm letting him take care of me for once. It DOES hurt, but not as bad as I make it out to be. ;) Don't worry, I'll let him off the hook when I feel stable enough to drive unassisted.
I'm awful, I know.
Anyway, that's what's going on in Dragon Land. This week is good, because the girls are doing TWO VBS churches... one from 9-1 PM, in the morning, and one from 6-8:30 in the evening. It's kinda nice!
