Day 7

Today makes 1 week of being back on Spark. Yesterday was much better for me. I made some good food choices, did 30 minutes on the exercise bike after work, made a good dinner, then did the dishes. Once that was done, I was ready for bed. I'm hoping to make this a routine on work-days. Weekends are still an issue - I need to set a routine there as well.

Blogging daily and tracking my food and exercise is helping me to focus. I have a lot that I want to accomplish:

Physically - improve strength and stamina, finish a marathon next year
Mentally - write a book and publish it
Socially - maintain ties with family, spend more time with close friends (I've never been a social butterfly)
Spiritually - keep my heart open to God and turn to him instead of food when things are tough
Financially - keep plugging away at our debts, finish my degree so I can start a new career
Emotionally - keep working on expressing my needs instead of hoping someone will see them
