Time to Think

It's raining this morning and is supposed to do so on and off today. The last couple weeks, I have been doing a little of this and a little of that - not really finishing much of anything. Today is a good day to come up with a game plan and decide what my goals are for the summer. It's unfortunately been awhile since I have thought of my goals. Iam definitely overdue. I will put things in writing and definitely post what I come up with. I do better when I get it in writing and tell my goals to others.

    Hope that works for you.. last week I made up a menu in advance, and consulted it daily, if not followed it. But then with Chaos Creating Bro coming and stress-inducing dh, it wasn't that good a week.

Now that I have confessed the weight gain, hopefully, that will work for me too, cuz I have been eating very healthy past few days. Yesterday, I did dishes, made a homemade soup, and a GReek salad for supper and then BUddy and I did our walk, almost an extra lap even....but like I said, Buddy was tired!!! haha...

Today, ran around to get the sales, and have beets on cooking and made a spinach salad for supper. More soup for lunch, and raspberries and made up my 7 veggie bags.... so far so good, now about the weather, cloudy, showers, dreary looking, so I've been putting off the walk.... wonder how far I can get... could always just walk around the blocks close by and that way I am not too far in case the rain starts. BUt then again, remembering staying at my mom's last fall, I enjoy walking in the rain.... Hmmmm? There goes my last excuse, eh?

Keep us posted.. Don't you hate that some regular things get cancelled for summer holidays.... and it's been too cold to go even walking on the beach.... ugh...

    Good idea, I too do better when I make plans. My goals are still associated with getting fit in the form of training for my first 5 k. Strength and endurance are the goals since my medical complications and long recovery in January- April. It's going great and I hope the same for your plan and goals!
