Take Advantage of the Motivation

Today I jogged 3 miles. OK, it took me about 45 minutes but the point is that I did it. I felt so proud after walking 4 miles yesterday that I took advantage of that feeling and jogged the three miles. There was only one point on the way back where I really wanted to walk again.
I know I won't keep that pace up every day. My goal is to move 3 miles per day. On the days I'm feeling good I'll jog...on the days I don't feel so great, I'll walk. Either way, I'm moving. My long term goal is to be in a 5K this Fall.
On to the day....I have a meeting with a fellow Girl Scout leader to plan next year and then I'm tackling my 10 year old's bedroom. Who knew one little guy could make such a mess.
