I am too tired
I am too busy
I knees/legs/arms/ hurt.
Why these excuses don't fly.
Your tired because you haven't gotten up and moved today and most likely if you do you will feel better and sleep better too.
There is always a few minutes to squeeze something in go run around the yard with the kid while the washing machine is running. When you fold the clothes put each piece away as you fold it you will move more.
If you lose the weight that pain improves there is less stress on your joints if you really can't stand the weight go to the local pool and swim. Find a water aerobics class or do one yourself. Pedal a bike take the impact out of your workout.
You will feel better if you move. My personal motivation to move.
