My Mid Morning Fruit Snack

This is my second day with my new YONANAS dessert maker. It blends frozen fruit to make a soft freeze look alike.
Today I pulled out my frozen banana and watermelon and frozen avocado. I had 7 pieces cut per banana so I removed three and six pieces of watermelon and one quarter of the avocado.
I let them sit on cling wrap for 5 mins to thaw a little and started the Yonanas, putting in two pieces of banana, three pieces of watermelon and the quarter of avocado then three pieces of water melon and one piece of banana. I added one square of dark chocolate and pushed it all through the machine.
In my bowl I crumbled a slice of freeze dried skinless apple and a quarter piece of shortbread. Mixed through and ate gazing out the window at the animals grazing in the fields.

I could not taste the avocado and was happy that I did not have to add so much banana as I'm on limited potassium with my meds.
Yesterday I used a whole banana and some raspberries and it made a mountain, so I was trying to palm it off on the family :) I put the plate in the freezer but it froze solid.
So today I made a portion size 'run' wondering if I had to add the full recipe size but it worked really well.
I checked out the machine on You Tube where they do testing videos and liked the look of it after one of the Sparkies had sampled it at her friends house.
