Today, I got on the wii, and I found that I'm down almost 3 pounds. I also changed up my breakfast and found that it held me through until noon, instead of 10:30. I didn't need a snack, and I wasn't ravenous at lunchtime. I still ate more than planned because it was sooo good. I did wind up being derailed when it came time for dinner, though. We ended up going out to eat with a friend and got Lawlers (a local barbeque place). I've been living in another part of the state for 3 years, so I've missed their barbeque a lot. This isn't the kind slathered with sauce, they use the pork's own juices, supplemented with spices to season the meat, and it is absolutely delightful. Of course, putting that meat on a baked potato makes it even less healthy. However, I did stop when I wasn't hungry anymore. I pretty much just left about half the potato behind. That was the up side to dinner, nutritionally. Tomorrow's another day and I know that I can at least start it on the right foot. Hopefully, I can keep in the right direction, too.
