1. Lose 1 pound per week
2. Work on adding 1 serving of veg per week
3. Choose water over soda, min 4 cups per day
4. Walk on treadmill for 15 minutes daily
These were the goals that I chose for BLC-22. I have been meeting the exercise goal 5 days per week. I am not doing so well with the others. I am excited that I have not gained any weight for the past month but I've only lost about 1/2 pound over the first 2 weigh ins... I believe I also need to work on lowering my sodium intake as I think I retain what little water I drink because of all the eating out we do. On the veggie goal, I do better some days than others. Today I had veggies on my sub at lunch and added veggies to my burrito for supper but other days I don't get very much.
I think I would be most excited to see a 10 pound weight loss as I have gained about 25 pounds in the past year. I need to lose about 30 pounds to be able to wear my wedding rings again. When I can wear my rings I am always most proud.
