not much energy again today

Today I did not have much energy because I did not sleep very well last night. emoticon

I am having a MIGRAINE FREE DAY. emoticon

I am really sleepy so I will be going to bed soon. emoticon

    Happy that you are migraine free!! Exercise will help you feel less sleepy during the day and will help you sleep at night! When I had over 100 pounds to lose, I would get up and walk for ten minutes out of every hour. I still try to do that today in addition to longer periods of exercise. If it feels more doable, try five minutes out of every hour. I think you'll be surprised at the difference it makes!! Good luck to you.
