New blog is up, please take a look if you have time!
I've been thinking a lot about "body acceptance" versus "body defeat". As in, loving who you are and wanting to be healthy, versus disliking yourself and essentially being content to live an unhealthy lifestyle.
Just some thoughts! :)
In other news, I had a weight check-in on Saturday morning. Down about 2 pounds, and without the drastic restrictions and/or exercise of the past! Just normal food-tracking and working out. Slow, steady, and healthy...
