First class started good and then got intense . Did bodypump at gym . I loved it. Going to stick to this 2 days in the row at the gym. And as for diet. I touched no junk food at all. had a sensible lunch and breakfast and a protein shake after gym. Plenty of water. Got all 8 cups today plus more. I should track that. :) Junk food was all around me today but I avoided the temptation. AWESOME>>>>I will do this
