Several areas of this past interval need improvement. I did not plan ahead for food choices and my portions were often too large. Overall I stayed on a plateau, except for a half-pound gain this past week.
Healthy choices of this past interval are as follows: lots of outdoor activity such as hiking, bike riding, gardening, and yard work. Sticking to healthy food choices when grocery shopping. Enjoying acts of kindness. Keeping an attitude of hopefulness and gratitude to God. Staying optimistic about my long-term plan for health and fitness.
In my original plan I had a different word for section 5, Enrich, but I am choosing to use ELEVATE instead. It fits better with my recent thoughts about goals and training, preparation and strength, whether physical, emotional, spiritual, or mental.
