Have been having calorie issues for 3 days

With VBS going on, I am having a few calorie issues. I have a routine as far as food goes and when I don't know what dinner will be, it is hard to plan. I am so hungry right now, but VB runs another 2 hours! By the time I get home it is time for bed.

At least there is wifi at the church so I can get my Sparking done!

Molly wanted to walk to town again tonight, but it is rainy so we decided against it.

The baby skunks are eating and doing well. Molly said that they were purring and making noise today as they hungrily ate. We will take more food to them tomorrow.

This am Molly and I played at racquetball for an hour. I did my 198 crunches for a Daisy crunch challenge and I walked frequently and ran the stairs a few times.

Tomorrow is another day. I will be working out alone, so will probably do the stationary bike. Will see you then!

    You're sure getting a lot of exercise. Maybe some extra protein right before VBS starts-an apple with peanut butter or a fruit smoothie with spinach would work.

    Do you have a crock pot? Since it's been raining lately I've been making soup and stew and freezing the leftovers. Soup is great in my opinion, lots of nutrients for relatively few calories.
