Today I am to list at least 3 things I've accomplished recently to further my journey to health:
1. I've switched my focus from numbers (specifically, the number on the scale) to focusing on my health.
2. I've sent a goal to attempt at least one new recipe each week.
3. I'm doing research on meditation for dealing with chronic shoulder pain. (Xrays reveal nothing, and I am not willing to undergo exploratory surgery.)
4. Continue dealing with & dumping repressed issues from my past.
5. Continue MOVIN' IT at least 10 minutes, twice a day.
6. Learn to like me.
