My timing is off with vacation here last week.
We had a
time with my sister and brother-in-law who visited from Las Vegas. And, overall, we got in some active time ... hiking, canoeing, swimming, and even a couple walks around the block (Note - that a walk around my "country" block here is 4.25 miles.)
A few downfalls from the plan ...
I missed tracking my nutrition two days - But, on the bright side, DID track it 5 days. I didn't score 100% in all the BLC Challenges - But, I DID participate in all of them. I didn't get in my water goal every day, but did 3 of the 7 days.
So, for the coming week -
I will track my CICO and post it.
I will get in 10 glasses of water every day ... 2 when I first wake up makes it easier to reach the goal.
I have planned my meals (including fresh garden veggies
) and am packing them for when I am on the road with work this week.
I will get in 6 hours of intentional exercise this week.
I will read my devotionals each morning to start the day.
