Spark Solution Challenge, Day 1

Got off to a good start - even though I accidentally switched meal plans and made the oatmeal today instead of the spinach scramble. I can only recommend it (I love oatmeal), and I didn't put any milk or brown sugar in it, so I can only imagine how good it will taste if you do.
Lunch went well; I'm not feeling so good today (probably the heat), so a sandwich was light on my stomach. I just did a basic turkey, swiss, wheat bread sandwich; haven't bought lettuce or tomatoes yet, and I completely quit using any kind of mayo, light or not. Instead of pretzels with lunch, I'll have a big helping of carrots in a little while - less carbs, more vitamins. I'm like Bugs Bunny, I'll eat those things raw.
For dinner, I probably won't cook, don't think my stomach can handle the southwestern thing tonight, but it's definitely going on the list of recipes to try. I'll probably just have another sandwich and an apple. I'm just hoping I'll feel well enough by tonight to get some exercise in - hopefully swimming, if not, a walk.

    I'm off to the doctor's today for my annual physical. I'm down a few pounds from the last time I was in there.
